eCampus Entourage Promotion Offer (“Offer”)
Offer Terms & Conditions:
This Offer runs between 12:00:01AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on 6/10/2010 & 11:59:59PM PT on 5/31/11 (“Offer Period”) & includes an Offer Gift & an Offer Discount as described below.
Eligibility: Offer open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older & who have been designated by A Book Company, LLC (Sponsor) as a member of the eCampus Entourage of eCampus.com. eCampus Entourage participation requires registration at eCampusEntourage.com & Sponsor approval. Immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) & those living in their same households, whether or not related, of employees, officers, directors, agents & representatives of Sponsor & respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, & advertising & promotion agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
Offer Gift:
eCampus Entourage will be sent a promotion-specific email invitation to participate in the Offer (“Invite”) from eCampus.com during the Offer Period & advised to redeem the Offer set forth in the email. eCampus Entourage ambassadors may visit the designated site featured in the Invite & fully complete/submit the registration form at the site according to instructions provided. A unique Promotion Code (“Code”) will be sent via email to such eCampus Entourage ambassador following successful submission. eCampus Entourage ambassadors may share details on the Offer, including the Code as detailed below, to individuals who reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia & are age 18 or older (“Referees”) in accordance with the directions provided. Code must be obtained &/or distributed through legitimate channels or it will be void. For each completed and successful sale over $25 that includes a rental (“order”) made by an eCampus Entourage ambassador or placed by an associated referral on eCampus.com referencing the Code through 11:59:59PM PT on 6/01/10, receive a total of $5 (“Offer Gift”). Offer Gift funds will be awarded via ACH direct deposit or check. There is no limit to the total amount of Offer Gift awards to any eCampus Entourage member, unless fraud, gaming or tampering with the system has been discovered. For example, if an eCampus Entourage ambassador makes a total of (5) qualifying orders, a $25 check or ACH direct deposit amount will be awarded per the below specifications. Rental extensions, cancellations, purchases, account adjustment transactions/returns, & international transactions are not considered eligible orders. Other restrictions may apply. Offer Gift(s) will be fulfilled on a net (30) day cycle following applicable qualifying order submission, beginning on 6/1/10 & will be delivered via mail or direct deposit approximately 4 - 6 weeks thereafter. Offer Gift(s) valid towards a book sold via the buy back service offered at eCampus.com will be fulfilled after the book sold to eCampus.com arrives in our warehouse. It may take up to three weeks additional for a book sold to eCampus.com to be cataloged by eCampus.com. Therefore, a book sold to eCampus.com on 6/1/10 may result in a payment within 6 to 8 weeks or between 7/12/10 to 7/26/10 (for a book sold on 6/1/10). Return of any Offer Gift as undeliverable or incomplete or incorrect email or mailing address submission will result in forfeiture of Offer Gift. No substitutions/transfers permitted.
Offer Discount:
For every qualifying order during the Order Period referencing Code, Referees will receive 5% off of the total order amount; not including taxes or shipping, and the eCampus Entourage ambassador will receive $5 per order with qualifying rental and cart minimums. In the event that a referral games, defrauds or cheats the system to receive additional funds added to their buyback in a given fiscal quarter, eCampus.com will not issue payment. For every qualifying buyback order during the Order Period referencing Code, Referees will receive an additional $5 added to their total buyback order price and the eCampus Entourage ambassador will receive $5 per order. Discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Discount is not redeemable for cash & does not apply to rental extensions or purchases. Code is required for Offer Discount or Book Sale Order.
Miscellaneous:
By participating, eCampus Entourage ambassadors agree to the terms of eCampus.com’s Privacy Policy at http://www.eCampus.com/privacy-policy.asp & further agree that: 1) Released Parties shall have no liability & will be held harmless by for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to eCampus Entourage or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to eCampus Entourage or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in this Offer; & 2) Use of a Code to make a qualifying order constitutes consent to participate in this Offer & to be bound by Offer Terms & Conditions. Released Parties are not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered Codes, Offer Gifts or Offer Discounts; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, order processing, or communication; telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, or other equipment; errors in Terms & Conditions, in any Offer-related materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, Offer programming, human error, or otherwise. Sponsor can void Offer Gift award(s) and/or Offer Discount applications or modify, cancel or suspend Offer should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or impair Offer administration, security, fairness or proper conduct & in any such event, at its discretion, fulfill all eligible non-suspect Offer Gifts and/or Discounts prior to event requiring such action. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer or website or who are in violation of these Terms & Conditions, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be ineligible to receive the Offer. All federal, state & local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of recipient. May not be combined with any other offer, discount or coupon.
